Dr. Codruta is a medical doctor with 17 years of clinical experience and a special focus on fertility, hormones, and reproductive health. She combines medical precision with a deeply personalised approach, supporting individuals and couples through fertility challenges, hormonal symptoms, and life-stage transitions.
She holds a medical degree from the University of Oradea, Romania, and completed advanced training in restorative reproductive medicine at NeoFertility Ireland

Dr. Codruta earned her medical degree from Medicine & Pharmacy University Oradea, Romania and completed specialized training in reproductive medicine, infertility treatments, and hormonal health at NeoFertility Ireland.

Nutrition Doctor, Founder of Phytaphix and Fertility Phix
Conor is a fertility nutrition expert – a doctor of nutrition, multi-award-winning researcher, leading dietitian and has worked at universities and health centres throughout Ireland and the USA. He designed, conducted, analysed and published human research in many peer-reviewed medical journals, winning multiple international awards. After spending time in the USA and Australia, Conor lectured in dietetics, public health nutrition, nutraceuticals and food innovation.
Due to the lack of effective nutrition supplements and inspired by his own diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, Conor founded a nutrition company, Phytaphix. Phytaphix is based on Conor’s own research and expertise to provide evidence based yet convenient, specific and world class nutrition supplements. Phytaphix won the World Food Innovation Award in 2021 and now have happy customers in 50 countries all over the world.

Dr. Kerley was frustrated with seeing patients taking lots of supplements and especially supplements with little or no scientific basis. I’m delighted to introduce Niamh Burke, a highly skilled Nutritional Therapist who takes a functional medicine approach to supporting fertility. Niamh is passionate about getting to the root of health issues and works closely with clients to explore how nutrition, lifestyle, and underlying imbalances may be impacting their ability to conceive. She has also completed advanced training in reproductive microbiome health, allowing her to bring a deeper layer of insight into how the gut and vaginal microbiomes can influence fertility outcomes. I’m thrilled to have Niamh as part of the team, offering personalised, evidence-informed support to help you on your fertility journey.

Maeve Sherlock

BioKinesiologist & EFT Practitioner
Maeve Sherlock is a Biochemical Kinesiologist, EFT tapping and Australian Bush Flower Essences practitioner who specialises in helping fertility patients. Maeve has been a therapist for 9 years and her clinic is based in Athlone. She was drawn to helping fertility patients as she herself had an 8 year fertility struggle. Having a history of autoimmune issues (ulcerative colitis as a child), endometriosis and pelvic adhesions from multiple surgeries, Maeve has experience of IVF treatment both in Ireland and abroad. She experienced recurrent implantation failure with multiple failed IVF transfers and understands the heartbreak involved in having no answers. Having to advocate for herself and research immune issues before having success, Maeve now brings this experience to her clients and is extremely passionate about helping clients find their ‘why’ on their fertility journey. Having teamed up with fertility nutritionist Niamh Burke under ‘Nurture & Bloom Fertility Support’, Maeve supports those struggling while trying to conceive.
Nurture & Bloom run confidential group mindfulness and emotional support zooms and Maeve also helps patients one to one through techniques such as EFT and TAT subconscious rewiring technique for anxiety, grief and overwhelm. Maeve says; “You can only truly understand what someone is going through if you’ve gone through it yourself and I don’t want anyone feeling as powerless, unsupported and lonely as I did on my fertility journey.”
Maeve has a background in both BioKinesiology and Systematic Kinesiology and her BioKinesiology qualification was undertaken with Elma Murphy and Pippa O’Gorman, two of Ireland’s most highly respected Kinesiologists.
She has a wealth of experience to offer her clients who may also be suffering with digestive issues, chronic pain or inflammatory conditions. Through BioKinesiology, she tests the body to find the root cause to symptoms such as high histamine, inflammation & toxin overload. She also tests biochemical pathways of the body to identify blockages that may be impacting overall health, such as thyroid, liver, methylation, ATP and neurotransmitter hormones.
